SpyBiotech publishes preclinical SpyVector findings in JHEP Reports

SpyBiotech has published new preclinical SpyVector findings in JHEP Reports.
The study, “Therapeutic vaccination strategy targeting the PreS1 region of L-HBsAg for HBV/HDV co-infection,” investigated a recombinant adenoviral vaccine combining PreS1 surface display with encoded HBV antigens. Vaccination in mice generated HBV- and HDV-neutralising serum activity and HBV-specific T-cell responses.
These findings are preclinical and do not establish therapeutic benefit or a functional cure in people.
