Carole Ireson

Carole Ireson joined SpyBiotech as Financial Controller in July 2023. She has more than 14 years’ experience managing the finance departments of early- and mid-stage university spin-outs, specialising for the past eight years in the biotech sector.

Prior to moving into a finance role, she spent her early career in business banking and was a local business manager in the Oxfordshire area for seven years.

Carole is a qualified management accountant.
